How wide is the certified chest strap length for the Mustang M.

The standard chest strap setting for all certified gliders is 42cm. A DHV certified harness must have a chest strap distance between 25 and 55 cm. However this is pretty theoretical. I have never seen the DHV actually check this. Personally I always fly with wider than this, normally as far open as my harness will allow to give me max weightshift as this is what I love. Normally closer to 50cm in reality.

We always give the advice to fly the Sport3 at the middle or better at the the upper half of the weight range. It is absolutely no problem to fly the Sport3 M with 100-105kg. The same of course can be said for the other sizes (with 85-88kg takeoff weight i would still prefer the Sport3 S). The handling gets more direct and precice and it´s just fun flying the Sport3 at the top of the weight range. Yesterday we had a pilot with 105-108kg trying both, M and L and he prefered the M.
Of course it depends on the pilot skills and where you fly most of the time. If you are just flying in the flatlands with weak thermals its probably better to fly at the middle of the weight range. For mountain flying better on top or the upper half of the weight range.
Of course i have to say you, that the gliders are only DHV tested in the announced weight range.
From the view of the manucaturer you will not have any disadvantage flying the Sport3 3-5kg over the top of the weight range.

In the line check sheet of my Mustang, i've seen that there is a light difference in the lenght of lines between AIRWAVE and AEROMAN. Could someone kindly explain the difference?

I have some questions regarding the M4.
1. Does it have a negative/"slow down" trimmer option? 2. What are the comp options (race lines, special speed system, etc)? 3. Is the M4 best on the top or the bottom of the stated weight range? 4. Can you do custom colours? 5. In regards to safety vs. performance: how does the FR2 compare to the M4?

1. Does it have a negative/"slow down" trimmer option? : Yes, you can have the M4 with Magic FR2 risers which can mke the glider slower or faster.
2. What are the comp options (race lines, special speed system, etc)? : Comp option are FR2 risers + all in microlines
3. Is the M4 best on the top or the bottom of the stated weight range? : The best with this glider is to be between the middle and the maximum of the weight range.
4. Can you do custom colours? : Of course, like all the Airwave gliders.
5. In regards to safety vs. performance: how does the FR2 compare to the M4? : If you look at Manilla results, you will have an answer... FR2 is better at full speed, but they are very close just thermalling and gliding at trim speed.
